Our Policies
Shipping:
The Royal Ewe ships all their packages
with USPS. All domestic items include delivery confirmation, never have
a handling fee and you have the option of priority or parcel post.
We recommend insurance as we are not responsible for damages that occur
during shipping. We are also happy to ship internationally, please be
aware that there is a small handling fee for international orders
because I have to go to the post office to ship the item rather than
have them picked up from my home. We ship domestic orders 3 times
a week and international orders once a week.
Payments:
We accept credit cards, e-checks
and funded transfers via paypal. We also accept money orders, please email me for the
address to mail them. I'm sorry but at this time we can not accept
personal checks, please use paypal as a safe and easy way to pay by
personal e-check
Returns:
We want you to be 100% satisfied
with you order, if you aren't pleased email us immediately so that we can
remedy the situation.
In-stock returns can be returned with in
15 days of delivery confirmation. All items must be in new, unworn,
unwashed conditions and a refund will be processed via paypal.
Custom and semi custom orders
can be returned with in 15 days of delivery confirmation and in
unwashed, unworn, new condition. If the item is returned for
any reason other than knitting defect, a store credit will be issued. The
original yarn deposit and shipping charges can not be refunded and your
credit will be for the remaining balance.
Custom orders:
A deposit is required for all custom
work, if you order a custom slot through the cart that is considered
your deposit. This deposit will be applied to the final price of your
purchase. Knitting will not begin until the balance has been paid. This
deposit is non refundable once your yarn has been custom dyed.
